We´re aming for your higtest payment security. That means that you have to verify the payment with 3D secure before the order can be fulfiled. Your bank can help you on information on 3D secured and how you get verified .

Payment when the order is shipped
If the card transissions is approved the amount is reserved and you will receive an order confirmation on your e-mail. 
If the card transission isn´t approved, the order will be cancelled. Contact your bank or Card provider for further questions regarding this.

You can pay with only a few steps:

2. Your are forwarded to the webplace to finish the payment

3. As an already existant customer you just need to login and apporve the payment. If you are a new customer, you need to create a new account first. 

4- Your forwarded back to NorbyMarine and your payment is completed.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 30 DAYS of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including cables and manuals.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Returns may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are unrefundable.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately info@norbymarine.com. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable.
You have 7 days after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items. 

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.

 

SHIPPING

Ship the items you wish to return back to us. Please note, any international shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
